Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council approached Luminati with a clear objective: to design and implement a user-friendly, secure, and aesthetically pleasing period product dispenser. These dispensers were intended for installation in public spaces such as schools, community centres, and public restrooms, enhancing accessibility and supporting the Council’s broader goals of gender equality and public health.

In response to the Council’s needs, Luminati developed a bespoke floor-standing period product dispenser with several key features such as a lockable base unit and custom branding.
